ESCROW account
The bank offers its clients the service of opening an ESCROW account, which can be in dinars or a foreign currency, for the purpose of specific business transactions. When opening an ESCROW account, the Bank assumes the role of an intermediary guaranteeing for the fulfillment of contractual obligations. This type of account is closed when all obligations from the contract have been fulfilled.
Account for a founder's contribution
For the purposes of establishing a company in Serbia, Alta banka allows non-residents to open a dedicated account for the payment of founding capital in a foreign currency, in effective foreign currency with a confirmation from the relevant customs office on the declaration of money when entering Serbia, as well as in dinars purchased abroad.
